In January 2015 Jockey Club Catering requested a mobile ordering, payment and feedback solution for the Crabbie’s Grand National meeting commencing on 9th April 2015 until 11th April 2015

Streamline the ordering process for customers in two new stands and at four bars around the general admissions area

Additionally Aintree Racecourse wanted to present a forward thinking and service focused solution

Scope

The Grand National Fast Track app was available to all visitors across the three days of the meeting

Core functionality was to order and pay ahead for food/drinks and gather feedback from customers

BPL digital integrated location based marketing using beacons and geolocation technology through our partners Localz and in-depth feedback at the end of each transaction.
