Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to help us support and empower both new and existing clients. You will build strong relationships with our existing clients, assisting them with their current requirements as well as offering them advice on future features and products, from websites to mobile apps. You will also be supporting new clients as they come on board and ensuring they have a great platform for future success with us. We are a very inclusive team, so there will be plenty of opportunity to expand your knowledge on the latest services and technologies, and gain a full understanding of how we build our products.

An ability to learn quickly and be flexible in your approach to problem solving and relationship building is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Full-Stack Web Developer

We are looking for a full-stack developer to join our team and help develop existing products as well as design and build new and exciting systems for a range of clients in hospitality. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is looking for managerial experience but also wants to retain hands on work with the code base.

We are working with some of the biggest brands in the hospitality sector to help engage and entertain their clients. We are looking for someone that can lead and manage a team of developers as well as the ability to work across all parts of our code base. You will work with the project leads to architect and implement new products and be responsible for the technical choices and direction we take for each product.

Technical skills you will need for the job:

• • 5+ years developing applications using Ruby on Rails

Designer

We are looking for creative designers to help us develop visually exciting and stand-out experiences, for a range of mobile and tablet apps. We don't mind if you haven't designed apps before but we want someone who has a good technical grounding and is highly engaged with the latest trends in digital design. We have a variety of different projects ranging in size and style, from wire-framing new ideas to designing bespoke apps for national brands.

Excellent eye for detail, understanding of user experience and interaction, basic understanding of the different mobile platforms (iOS / Android). Has to be very proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Any other technical abilities are a bonus.
